"I wanted a house on the golf course within a narrow budget. We met at Karin's office, she showed us the comparables, she explained us the market situation... she impressed us with all the market research she had done for us. It took some months to find what we wanted, but she did never give up. She was patient, realistic and always kind to us. She was proficient and she helped us not only with the negotiation but with all the process to complete the deal. Today we are living in the perfect house, I catch myself staring at the magnificent golf view every couple of minute, all my family is so happy with the new house!! Thank you Karin!!!"

"Karin was very knowledgeable about the properties we are looking and we will ask for the show, she will contact the owners and schedule the show to match our time and days. She also helped us to understand the current rate which we can offer, this only comes from experience. She was willing to make her time to answer any questions and was not forced to make any hasty decision. I liked her patience, hard work and time sense. We are able to buy a property in Weston. She also helped us to find the renter of the old house. So overall, I highly recommend her for your next property search. Thanks Karin!"
